Peru experience report
On the left you can see Mariela from the mountains in Peru. The photo above shows her 10 years ago when she was operated on by us for the first time. Without an operation, besides her disfigurement, she would never have been able to speak properly and would have lived a life apart from society. After the lip, her cleft palate was also closed.
In the middle photo she can be seen 10 years later. Today she speaks well and goes to school with enthusiasm.
